Soybeans products

I plan to start small business of soybeans products like produce milk, yogurt, Tofu, soychunk etc. I need more education and experience sharing on how to start it.
Example:

  1. how to make long shelf life ( milk pasteurization is done after boil or you can only pasteurized)
  2. process of making soybeans yogurt.
  3. Experience on making good Tofu can I used nigari,gypsum, etc.
    What needed to start small production apart from soybeans and water?
    I prepare myself by buying small soybeans cow machine, big two gas stove for boiling please tell am I in right preparation.
