You can start from where you live, look at the closest market to you and approach the pepper sellers telling them u can supply them particular wry every xyz days.
It’s convenient for them when someone brings it to them than when they go to d main market to bulk buy.
From there, u gradually increase your market and do market segmentation meaning determining who your target market will be as you grow.
