Movies on Agriculture?

You probably didn’t know there are movies on Agriculture that are mind-blowing, even though farming isn’t a profession that attracts the all-seeing and dramatic eye of Hollywood.

Agriculture has had some nods from Hollywood in the past, movies that are farm-centric may not be the gigantic and special effects- motivated summer blockbuster like The Avengers, but they’re good entertainment.

Ever wonder why agriculture movies are not often made?

This article will review some movies that are really nice to watch and learn from, here are 10 movies on agriculture you probably would love to watch:

1. Tinker (2018)

Peter Rabbit and his three sisters – Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-Tail -enjoy spending their days in Mr McGregor’s vegetable garden. When one of McGregor’s relatives suddenly moves in, he’s less than thrilled to discover a family of rabbits in his new home

5. Harvest (2011)

A drama that tracks the relationship between two young apprentices working on an agricultural complex south of Berlin.

6. Honey (2010)

The quiet life of a boy and his family is endangered when his father does not return home from his work collecting honey in the forest.

7. Little Forest (2015)

Ichiko lived in a big city, but goes back to her small hometown Komori, located on a mountain in the Tohoku region. She is self-sufficient. Ichiko gains energy living among nature and eating foods she makes from seasonal ingredients.

Strange events happen in a small village in the north of Germany during the years before World War I, which seem to be ritual punishment. Who is responsible?

9. Children of the Corn (1984)

A young couple is trapped in a remote town where a dangerous religious cult of children believe everyone over the age of 18 must be killed.

10. 10,000 BC (2008)

In the prehistoric past, D’Leh is a mammoth hunter who becomes with the beautiful Evolet. When warriors on horseback capture Evolet and the tribesmen, D’Leh must embark on an odyssey to save his true love.
